Hello everyone! Reach the Ocean version 2.2.1 is now available.

Here's a rundown of what was updated:

- Slowed down the crab and spider enemies.

-Updated high shells score.

-Undock the crank or crank to bring back the menu if it gets dismissed.

- Fixed the time delay for the opening cutscene so as to not miss anything. If you already saw the cutscene with another run, it can now be dismissed by pressing B.

-Small design change to levels 8,12,13, 14.

-Update to the North East beach level.

-Changed title card and start screen.

-The fast-moving stars are the 'helpful' starfish that heal you, while the slower ones are the 'unhelpful' starfish.

-Updated manual/strategy guide with a summary of all 20 levels.

-Added the gallery section with used and unused art. Art critic Olivier Decastonguay's display is now open!

Adoptions:

As of December 8th, the money from purchasing Reach the Ocean and the Reach the Ocean holiday game: Gotta Get Home (update coming soon) will go towards adopting a sea turtle, which will be in honor of Marshell. The first goal was reached within hours of me announcing it. Thank you all! As of December 15, WWF Canada has shipped the certificate and the gift to Marshell. The next goal is 50$ to adopt another sea turtle which will be for Shaolin Aegis.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has purchased this game. From August to now, I am happy with where it is. I hope people will find the game more enjoyable  (easier) now and I hope to continue updating it. I wish you and yours all the best for the holiday season and for 2023.
